Don’t miss these 6 points if you are starting a business

20’s is the time where everyone wishes to do everything and anything. But making the right choices in your actions will lead you to the better version of yourself ahead in life. Based on my personal experiences, here are 9 things that most of you will regret after your 20’s if you don’t do.

1.  Don’t just start! Prepare Business Plan.

Many of us are having great idea, before stepping into execution part, prepare business model which will include – introduction of your business, product/ services, target audience, revenue streams, cost model, key suppliers, etc.

While preparing business model you will face many important questions which will help you to know your business more.

2.Purpose

Yeah! We all want financial benefits (profits) but this isn’t enough.

You can consider money/ profits as one of the primary motives but definitely not as solo reason.

Purpose will keep you ball rolling. It will help you to push yourself in tough times also. If purpose isn’t strong and big enough then you might quit in between.

3.Trails

Before launching your product or service, go with various trails.

Ask your friends and family members to try your product and collect genuine suggestions and feedbacks.

Improvise and then launch.

It will save a lot of time, energy and money.

4.Do it yourself first

In the initial phase of the business, try to manage various tasks by yourself.
It will benefit you in multiple ways.
(a) You will know how things work at ground level.
(b) It will help you to save a lot of cost.
(c) If you had hands on ground level, you can train your people well, you will learn when to criticize and when to compliment.

5.Expect Less

Keep your expectations low, whether its your partner, your manager or any other employee.
Nobody, yes nobody! Will work hard as you will do.

6.Keep your fixed cost low

Higher the fixed cost, later the profits. Your fixed cost will determine the breakeven point in your business.

Keep your focus on product and customer experience. Rest will follow.
